Fruci Fit Personal Training is a women-only personal training and fitness studio network based in Wiltshire, with locations in Marlborough (Lockeridge), Chippenham, and Devizes. The service is designed specifically for women over 40 who want to get fit again in a friendly, non-intimidating environment at their own pace.

Sessions are coach-led and fully adapted to each member's fitness level, injuries, and goals. The Marlborough studio is based at Unit 1 Hillside Farm in Lockeridge. The Fruci Fit approach covers three pillars — Food, Fitness, and Focus — offering strength, cardio, Pilates, mobility, yoga, and boxing sessions throughout the day (from 6:30am to 7:30pm).

Members can also train from home. The team includes qualified personal trainers, nutritionists, yoga and Pilates instructors, and coaches with backgrounds in sport science, rehabilitation, and health. New members are invited to start with a 7-Day Trial for £10.
