The Shelley Rudman Gym is a private boutique gym owned and operated by Olympian and World Champion Shelley Rudman, located in Manningford Abbots on the outskirts of Pewsey, Wiltshire.
The gym offers 1-1 and 2-1 personal training sessions with exclusive use of the facility, BodyBlitz group fitness classes (a circuit/HIIT/strength mix set to music), Senior BodyBlitz for the over-60s, and exclusive hire for teams and elite athletes.
Shelley holds a Sports Science degree, has over 20 years of industry experience, and brings unparalleled insight from her career as a 3x Olympian, Olympic silver medallist, World Champion and Overall World Cup Champion in Skeleton Bobsleigh.
