FTC Gym is a 24/7 affordable gym situated on the Whitehouse Industrial & Retail Park in Ipswich, easily accessible from the A14.
Founded in 2012 by a former Royal Air Force Physical Training Instructor, FTC offers state-of-the-art facilities including over 100 cardio and weights stations, a TRX functional training zone, Olympic power racks, a sprint and sled track, an eGym zone, and Ipswich's largest group training studio.
