Full Circle Fitness (FCF) is a premium small-group coaching studio near Cambridge, helping ordinary people achieve extraordinary results.

Led by head coach Simon Goswell with nearly 20 years of experience, FCF offers fully coached group personal training sessions with a holistic approach covering fitness, nutrition, mobility and recovery — all at a fraction of the cost of one-to-one personal training.

Sessions are kept deliberately small so every member gets expert guidance and accountability in a welcoming, supportive community.
