Full Circle Fitness is a boutique personal training studio in Cookham, founded by husband-and-wife team Dani and Michael Darren. With over 20 years of combined experience, they offer personal training and small group sessions covering strength and conditioning, pre/post natal training, kettlebells, TRX, boxing padwork, nutrition and life coaching.

The studio is equipped with hand-picked kit from industry-leading brands and is designed to give every client the best chance of succeeding on their fitness journey.
