Fusion Health & Fitness is a welcoming gym and personal training studio based at Alba Business Park in Livingston, West Lothian. The studio offers a modern, spacious facility equipped with functional, cardio and strength kit — from squat racks and leg press to tyres and prowler sleds, plus showers and changing rooms.

Services include 1-2-1 personal training, semi-private PT (2–4 people), group training classes, boxercise, kettlebell conditioning, strength and conditioning, pre- and post-natal training, and nutritional advice.
