G7 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy is located in the heart of the Rhondda Valley, South Wales, offering top-quality Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training for all levels. Led by first-degree black belt and head instructor Gavin Thomas — a multiple IBJJF and UAEJJF medalist — and affiliated through Professor Pedro Bessa, G7 provides a competitive yet welcoming environment.
Classes are available for kids (ages 5–15) and adults, covering gi, no-gi, and pro training sessions, with an active competition team competing across the UK and Europe.
