Gains Room Central is a sports performance centre in the heart of Rotherham, founded by certified fitness professional Mujjy Ahmed — an Amateur British MMA Title holder. The studio offers 1-to-1 private coaching, small group sessions and online coaching, all built around 12-week programs covering fat loss, lean muscle, strength and aerobic output.
Every program includes weekly PT sessions at the facility, a personalised workout plan, nutritional support and ongoing WhatsApp guidance. Pay-as-you-go and block-booking options are also available, making it accessible for all levels, from complete beginners to competitive athletes.
