The House of Gainz is a purpose-built, industry-leading gym in Leeds, housed in a ground-floor industrial mill building. Hand-selecting every piece of equipment from top brands including Hammer Strength, Cybex, Life Fitness, and Precor, the gym features dedicated zones for legs, back, shoulders, arms, and chest, plus a free weights area with dumbbells up to 80KG.

A mezzanine cardio floor overlooks the main gym floor, and the facility also includes changing rooms with showers, a reception stocking supplements and food, and on-site parking. A capped membership model keeps the environment spacious and supportive, fostering a community-driven atmosphere for everyone from beginners to experienced bodybuilders.
