Garstang Gym is an independent strength and fitness training facility founded in 2020, offering unmanned key fob entry. The gym is stocked with a large selection of free weights, machines, cardio and functional training equipment. Membership numbers are capped to ensure members always have the space and equipment they need.

No classes, personal training or programmes — just a well-equipped, no-fuss gym where members train independently or in self-led groups.
