Gemma Noble Yoga is a personal yoga practice based in Calverton, Milton Keynes, led by a 200hr Yoga Alliance-accredited teacher. Inspired by her own recovery from burnout, Gemma offers welcoming, beginner-friendly classes exploring hatha, yin, flow and breathwork. The studio also runs a community yoga class for residents of Calverton Village.
