Gemma Soul Yoga is a yoga practice led by Gemma, a specialist in intelligent movement with over 12 years of teaching experience.

Based in Woodbridge, Suffolk (at St Mary's Church on Thursdays) and also teaching at Psycle London Oxford Circus on Tuesdays, Gemma offers in-person yoga classes, on-demand online yoga, private sessions, sports massage, pregnancy yoga, yoga retreats, and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in London accredited by Yoga Alliance.

As Psycle's Head of Yoga, a sports massage therapist, trainee physiotherapist, and pre/postnatal specialist, Gemma has been featured in British Vogue, the London Evening Standard, and The Independent.
