Rainbow by Aga is a Waterford-based practice run by Aga, a qualified yoga teacher and parent educator. Her offering centres on gentle, beginner-friendly Hatha yoga with elements of flow, breathwork, guided relaxation and meditation, taught in rolling weekly classes with pay-as-you-go and block-of-five options.

Alongside the adult classes she teaches antenatal yoga, yoga and wellbeing for babies and parents, toddler yoga and a five-week baby massage course. She also offers babywearing consultations as 120-minute home visits or online. Classes run in Waterford City, with antenatal yoga also offered in Tramore.

Aga holds 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher training, is a Yoga Alliance Professionals member and is a certified IAIM baby massage instructor, so some classes may be partially reimbursed by private health insurers. The atmosphere is warm, inclusive and non-judgemental, and students praise it as relaxing and welcoming.
