Gideon BJJ is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu club based in Bamber Bridge, Preston, offering classes for all levels from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. The club runs a packed weekly schedule including Gi and No-Gi BJJ, kids' classes (ages 3–12), MMA, Strength & Conditioning, and an Over 35s Beginners class. Private lessons are also available.
Led by experienced instructors, Gideon BJJ is committed to helping students build a strong foundation in BJJ and develop their skills in a welcoming environment.
