GIRLCODE BOX is a women's boxing and fitness studio in Grangemouth, founded by a multi-sport competitor with a background spanning boxing, fitness racing, bodybuilding and equestrian. The studio offers a vibrant, fun and supportive environment where women of all ages, fitness levels and abilities can smash their health goals.

Classes include BOXFIT (boxing combined with strength and conditioning), Hybrid Training (strength, conditioning and functional movement), full-body strength and power sessions, and fast-paced boxing fitness, all delivered by expert coaches in a motivating community setting. Gold members also have access to open gym.
