Gladiator Camp is a community-driven fitness studio based at Petersfield Rugby Club, founded by former firefighter Steve Stidolph. The studio offers expert-coached classes focused on education in human movement, blending strength training, mobility work, and high-energy cardio conditioning.
Classes include the signature Gladiator Class, Strength Club (capped at 12 members for personalised coaching in weightlifting, powerlifting and strongman), and a Core, Mobility & Injury Prevention session. All levels are welcome, and the emphasis is on form, quality of movement, and building a supportive community.
