GLeo Sauna is a wood-burning sauna experience on Hayling Island, set in a beautiful coastal location overlooking the sea. The cosy sauna accommodates up to six people and is available year-round for private groups or individuals. Guests can enjoy sauna steam, aromatherapy, and traditional leaf whisking, with the option of a sea dip right on the doorstep.

GLeo Sauna is a member of both the British Sauna Society and the Lithuanian Sauna Friends' Society.
