Yoga Flow with Karen offers smart, safe Hatha yoga classes in the Bolton area, led by Karen — a fully qualified yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience and a background as a Senior Occupational Therapist with the NHS. Classes focus on functional mobility, mindful breathing, and gentle flowing sequences, finishing with meditation and deep rest.

Beginners are warmly welcomed and all equipment is provided. Karen is a 2025 SheInspires Awards finalist in the Health, Fitness & Wellbeing category. Classes run on Wednesdays at The Hub in Westhoughton and Thursdays at Rivington One Studio in Horwich. Private 1-on-1 and small group sessions are also available, as well as monthly Yoga Nidra workshops (starting 2026).
