Grange Jiu Jitsu is a full-time Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym based in Acton, West London, offering Gi and No-Gi BJJ classes for adults, kids and teens.
The gym provides structured coaching for complete beginners through to experienced grapplers, with dedicated programmes including a 6-week beginners' course, kids' classes (ages 4–12), teens' classes (ages 12–16), and women-only sessions. Head coach Akhil Bist leads the team alongside coaches Rohan Bist and Emma Bist.
The facility includes permanent mat space, changing rooms and showers, and a welcoming community atmosphere.
