Great Fitness is a family-owned gym and personal training space housed in a former cinema in Welshpool. The facility features a large mixed gym with a resistance room, free weights room, cardio area and functional zones, equipped with brands such as Technogym, Concept and Life Fitness.

There is also a ladies-only gym — the only one in the Welshpool area — offering a private workout space with cardio and resistance machines. Group classes including Pilates, circuits, spin, and Muay Thai run throughout the week, and personal training packages are available with a free initial assessment.
