Greystones Pilates Studio is a small, welcoming studio in Greystones, Co. Wicklow, offering expert-led, personalised Pilates with classes capped at five people so every session gets real attention.

The studio is led by owner and senior instructor Aoife King, a classical Pilates instructor certified in Los Angeles (2005) and with Balanced Body University in Paris (2009), with over 2,000 hours of training and 20+ years of teaching experience in English and French.

She also holds a BA in Behavioural Science and an MSc in Psychology & Well-Being, with further training in pre-natal Pilates, the female pelvic floor, myofascia and spinal pathologies.

The timetable spans Essential, Intermediate and Advanced Classical levels, including studio sessions, a 'Better backs & Posture' class, a Strong Intermediate Flow and online mat classes, taught by a team of instructors across weekdays, evenings and weekends. New clients start with an initial consultation.
