The Pilates Barn is a small, personal Pilates studio run by owner and instructor Kristina, a Swedish-born teacher who has lived in Ireland for twenty years. Based in a barn setting near Enniskerry and Delgany in Co. Wicklow, it offers mixed-level mat Pilates group classes in a classical style, run in fixed terms with booking required (no drop-in).

One-to-one sessions are available by appointment and are tailored to individual needs such as injury recovery, posture, back pain or sport-specific goals; new students are encouraged to start with a private session. Kristina's own recovery from severe back pain shaped her teaching, which focuses on correct movement, core strength, flexibility and alignment.

Classes use props such as sliders and Pilates balls, and free tutorial videos are available on her YouTube channel. Testimonials praise the energetic, challenging yet fun classes.
