Ground Up Jiu Jitsu is Elland's home for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu — a place to learn real technique, get in shape, and become part of a team. Training is built around live rolling and position-specific drilling, covering Gi and No-Gi classes for all levels from complete beginners to competitors.

Head coach Rob Barbiero, a 2nd degree black belt, leads every session with clear, methodical instruction.
