Established in 2013, Gym 72 offers private 1-to-1 personal training from boutique studios in Manchester City Centre, free from the distractions of traditional gyms.

With two convenient locations — Sackville Street (near Canal Street, Piccadilly Station and Oxford Road) and Jackson's Row (close to the Town Hall, Deansgate and Spinningfields) — their experienced team of male and female personal trainers deliver individually tailored programmes for weight loss, muscle building, strength and overall fitness.

Every package includes nutrition planning, body composition tracking, a personal training app, and constant support between sessions.
