Gym Rox Gymnastics is a community gymnastics club founded in 2007 by sisters Carly and Faye, dedicated to advancing the health and wellbeing of children and families in Brentwood and surrounding areas.

The club offers gymnastics classes for ages 4–18 across floor, beam, bars, vault, trampette, air floor and tumbling, along with Gym Rox Tots for 0–5 year olds, and an advanced acrobatics squad that competes at regional level. Classes are delivered in line with British Gymnastics guidelines, with a unique Gym Rox Badge Scheme to celebrate each gymnast's achievements.

Fun days and holiday events are also available for members and non-members alike.

Opening hours

Monday–Thursday afternoons and evenings (classes from 4:00pm); specific Fun Days and Events during half terms and school holidays. See website for full timetable.
