GymX is a semi-private boutique gym in Barnstaple, set in a quiet, welcoming facility at Hele Manor Business Park, Roundswell. Capping sessions at 4–6 people, the gym offers open gym memberships, one-to-one and two-to-one personal training, small-group fitness classes, sports massage, and personalised nutrition coaching.

A team of passionate coaches works closely with each member to craft tailored training and nutrition plans, supported by a custom app with video demonstrations, progress tracking, and over 1,000 exercise guides.
