Gymophobics is a ladies-only health and fitness centre offering a unique, trademarked Resisted Tension (RT) programme — no treadmills, no weights, no mirrors. Founded in 2003, the franchise has helped over 250,000 UK women achieve their fitness goals.
Qualified instructors accompany members throughout every pre-booked session, providing personalised programmes, support and encouragement. Digital classes filmed by founder Donna Hubbard are also available in-centre, ranging from 5-minute blasts to 30-minute sessions.
