Gymophobics Nantwich is a ladies-only health and fitness centre that has been welcoming women of all ages since October 2015. Built around the brand's trademarked Resisted Tension (RT) programme — a unique blend of isometric muscle contractions and resistance exercise — the gym features no treadmills, weights or mirrors, creating a non-intimidating environment.
Qualified instructors are present throughout every pre-booked session to offer personalised guidance and encouragement. Members can also enjoy a range of digital classes filmed by founder Donna Hubbard, ranging from 5-minute blasts to 30-minute sessions. The Nantwich franchise is owned and run by Tracy.
