Gymophobics is a ladies-only health and fitness franchise that has helped over 250,000 UK women achieve their goals. Their revolutionary trademarked Resisted Tension (RT) programme — combining isometric muscle contractions with resistance exercise — forms the foundation of every session.
Centres feature no treadmills, weights or mirrors; instead, qualified instructors are present throughout every pre-booked visit to offer personalised support and encouragement. Digital classes filmed by founder Donna Hubbard are also available to members, ranging from 5-minute blasts to 30-minute sessions.
