Gymophobics is a ladies-only health and fitness centre offering a unique trademarked Resisted Tension (RT) programme. Unlike conventional gyms, there are no treadmills, weights or mirrors — instead, qualified instructors are with you throughout every pre-booked session, providing personalised programmes, support and encouragement.
Digital classes filmed by founder Donna Hubbard are also available as fun add-ons after your gym session.
