Gymophobics Belper is a ladies-only health and fitness centre located in Belper, Derbyshire, open since March 2019 and owned by Sara. The gym uses Gymophobics' trademarked Resisted Tension (RT) programme — a unique combination of isometric muscle contractions and resistance exercise, performed on specialist machines with no treadmills, weights or mirrors.

Qualified instructors are present throughout every session to offer personalised support and encouragement, creating a welcoming, non-intimidating environment for women of all ages. Members can also enjoy a range of digital classes filmed by the founder, ranging from 5-minute blasts to 30-minute sessions.

New visitors are invited to book a free guest visit to experience the gym first-hand.
