Gymophobics Darwen is a ladies-only health and fitness centre located in the heart of Darwen, owned and run by Tracey. Part of the UK-wide Gymophobics franchise, the centre offers a warm, non-intimidating environment designed to help women improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

Sessions are based on the trademarked Resisted Tension (RT) programme — a unique combination of isometric muscle contractions and resistance exercise — with no treadmills, weights or mirrors. Qualified instructors provide personalised, one-to-one support throughout every visit.

Members can also enjoy digital classes filmed by founder Donna Hubbard, ranging from 5-minute blasts to 30-minute sessions. New visitors are welcomed with a free guest visit.
