Gymophobics Daventry is a ladies-only health and fitness centre offering a supportive, non-intimidating environment for women of all ages — from teens to 70+. The centre is built around the brand's trademarked Resisted Tension (RT) programme, which combines isometric muscle contractions with resistance exercise on specially designed machines.
There are no treadmills, weights or mirrors; instead, qualified instructors are present throughout every session to provide personalised guidance, support and encouragement. Since May 2025, the centre has been run by Agata, who brings fresh energy and dedication to helping the women of Daventry build confidence, strength and achieve their personal goals.
Digital classes filmed by founder Donna Hubbard are also available to members as a fun add-on. New members are warmly welcomed with a free guest visit.
