Gymophobics Hatfield is a ladies-only health and fitness centre that opened in 2019, offering a supportive, non-intimidating environment for women of all ages — from teens to seventy plus. The centre is built around Gymophobics' trademarked Resisted Tension (RT) programme, which combines isometric muscle contractions with resistance exercise on specialised machines.

There are no treadmills, weights or mirrors — instead, a qualified instructor accompanies you throughout every session, providing personalised guidance and encouragement. Digital classes filmed by founder Donna Hubbard are also available in-centre, ranging from short 5-minute blasts to 30-minute sessions.
