Gymophobics Hinckley is a ladies-only fitness centre offering a supportive, non-intimidating environment for women of all ages and fitness levels. Based on the brand's trademarked Resisted Tension (RT) programme — a unique combination of isometric muscle contractions and resistance exercise — the centre features no treadmills, weights or mirrors.
Personal coaches guide members through every session, with personalised programmes tailored to individual goals such as weight loss, improved mobility, mental wellbeing and overall fitness. Digital classes filmed by founder Donna Hubbard are also available as a complement to gym sessions. New members are welcome to start with a free guest visit.
