Gymophobics Hinckley is a ladies-only fitness centre offering a supportive, non-intimidating environment for women of all ages and fitness levels. Based on the brand's trademarked Resisted Tension (RT) programme — a unique combination of isometric muscle contractions and resistance exercise — the centre features no treadmills, weights or mirrors.
