Gymophobics Rugeley is a ladies-only health and fitness centre that has been welcoming women of all ages since October 2011. The centre offers Gymophobics' trademarked Resisted Tension (RT) programme — a unique combination of isometric muscle contractions and resistance exercise performed on specialist machines with no treadmills, weights or mirrors.

A qualified instructor is present throughout every session to provide personalised support, guidance and encouragement. Digital classes filmed by founder Donna Hubbard are also available on-screen. The centre is owned by Joanna and is located in the heart of Rugeley, Staffordshire.
