Haar Pilates is a reformer and mat Pilates studio in the heart of Kirkcaldy, built on kindness, knowledge and experience. Led by Veronika — a fully certified instructor with nearly 20 years of experience — and Rowan, the studio offers beginner-friendly and dynamic small-group classes in mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, and barre, as well as private sessions and studio hire.
Every class focuses on building strong foundations in core strength, flexibility, and posture in a warm, welcoming environment.
