Haar Sauna offers wild outdoor wood-fired sauna experiences across multiple locations in the Shetland Islands. Described as Scotland's original outdoor sauna company, they provide community sessions, private sessions, events and rituals — including Aufguss rituals, Women's Hour, and Pilates + Sauna — at permanent sites in St Ninians and Lerwick, as well as a mobile sauna.
Set at 60° north, the experience combines deep heat, cold water (sea or plunge pool), and the raw Shetland landscape for a Nordic-inspired wellness ritual rooted in community and nature.
