Habitual is a boutique fitness studio offering coached small-group training for a maximum of six people per session. Members work independently on their own personalised programme — choosing from Foundation, Growth, or Condition plans — while a coach guides them through every exercise.

With up to nine daily time slots, four sessions per week, and a bespoke app to track progress, Habitual makes it easy to build a sustainable fitness habit. A baby-friendly 'Mothers Club' class is also available for mums training with their babies.
