Tregaron Leisure Centre is a community-run charitable sports and leisure facility nestled in the small market town of Tregaron, Ceredigion.
Open to all ages and abilities, it offers a large sports hall with four badminton courts, a full-size basketball court, short tennis, netball and 5-a-side football, a squash court, a fully equipped gym with cardio and strength equipment, a climbing wall, and changing rooms with showers.
The centre runs a variety of clubs and fitness classes including badminton, table tennis, cycling, football (senior and junior), low-impact circuits, spin classes and GP referral sessions. The sports hall can also be hired for parties, including bouncy castle and soft play events.
Weekday casual access runs from 5 pm to 9 pm, with additional sessions available for clubs and bookings.
