Happy Fit Mums Auriol

Happy Fit Mums is run by Lauren Hyett, a qualified personal trainer and licensed Buggyfit instructor dedicated to helping mums return to fitness in a safe, sociable and inclusive environment. Classes are held outdoors and include Buggyfit (where babies in buggies are welcome), baby-free Circuit sessions, a Functional Strength class, and Postnatal Strength Courses.

One-to-one Personal Training — at home, in a garden or local park — and online training are also available, with programmes tailored for newly postnatal mums as well as those looking to take their fitness to the next level.
