Happy Fit Mums is a women's fitness company run by qualified PT and Buggyfit instructor Lauren Hyett, dedicated to helping mums return to exercise safely and sociably — whether newly postnatal or looking to take fitness to the next level.

Classes include outdoor Buggyfit sessions (babies in buggies welcome), baby-free Circuit and HIIT/Strength classes, Postnatal Strength Courses, and one-to-one Personal Training in parks or at home. The Surbiton location meets at Fishponds Park on Thursdays.

All sessions offer high- and low-impact options, and Lauren tailors every programme to each client's postnatal stage and fitness goals.
