HART CrossFit is a community-focused CrossFit and HYROX gym located in Chesham, just off Moor Road. Founded on the ethos of Help Achieve Results Together, the family-run box offers small group classes suitable for all abilities, from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. Core programmes include CrossFit, HYROX, and CrossFit Kids/Teens.
The gym features two well-equipped studios with Wolverson equipment, open gym access, and unisex showers. Community events and in-house competitions are regularly hosted to bring members together.
