HC:FIT NinjaTraining is Liverpool's premier ninja fitness and calisthenics facility, combining the thrill of a Ninja Warrior course with structured fitness training in a welcoming, inclusive community. The state-of-the-art facility features over 40 obstacles including a 16ft Warped Wall, a fully equipped gym, and a specialist martial arts and gymnastics Dojo.
Led by head coach Henry — a 5-time British Taekwondo champion and Ninja Warrior UK semi-finalist — HC:FIT offers coached group classes for adults and kids, open sessions, personal training, holiday camps, parties, and ninja competitions. Suitable for all ages and abilities, the sessions build strength, agility, and fitness in a fun, high-energy environment.
