Headon Boxing Academy (HBA) is a Dublin boxing fitness brand with studios across the city, including Churchtown. Its non-contact group classes blend bagwork, padwork and high-intensity conditioning, with 60+ classes spanning boxing, cardio and strength & conditioning.
