Health Shack is a rehabilitation gym and holistic therapy centre in Moldgreen, Huddersfield, led by Occupational Therapist Annette Purves. Spread across two floors, the centre offers power-assisted machinery, a HIIT and strength training area, infrared saunas for chronic pain relief, and a full range of holistic and clinical massage therapies including reflexology.
The team specialises in 1-1 rehabilitation for people recovering from strokes, knee or hip replacements, and accident injuries, as well as supporting those living with long-term conditions such as Fibromyalgia, MS, Parkinson's, chronic fatigue syndrome, and arthritis.
With no age limit (19–90) and all fitness levels welcome, Health Shack also offers K-Laser therapy for drug-free pain relief.
