Healthiness Ltd is a not-for-profit health promotion company established in 2011, offering a wide variety of fitness classes and social opportunities across Liverpool and Darlington.

Specialising in exercise for adults aged 50+ and those living with physical or mental health conditions, the programme includes the award-winning ESCAPE-pain arthritis rehabilitation programme, functional fitness, chair-based exercise, boxercise, circuit training, toning, walking groups, active bingo and boccia.

All classes are fully inclusive and dementia-friendly, delivered by a team with specialist qualifications spanning exercise referral, cardiac rehabilitation, neurological conditions, falls prevention and more.
