Healthworks is a friendly, relaxed osteopathy clinic in the heart of Tunbridge Wells offering unhurried, patient-centred care.
The team of registered osteopaths — Matt Stanford, Nicola Leonard and Kat Cooper — treat a wide range of conditions including back pain, joint and muscle pain, sports injuries and arthritic or rheumatic pain, using techniques such as massage, articulation, gentle manipulation and postural assessment.
Nicola and Kat also offer paediatric and cranial osteopathy for babies, children and pregnant or post-partum patients. Jason Swalwell, a qualified Strength and Conditioning coach and corrective exercise specialist, completes the team. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday by appointment, with free parking available nearby.
