Heat Sauna & Ice Plunge Lounge is Pembrokeshire's highest-rated contrast therapy experience, located in the heart of Pembroke. The lounge combines a traditional Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, and ice plunge pools to deliver a complete contrast therapy and chromotherapy session.

Alternating between heat and cold creates a rhythmic vascular workout that improves circulation, aids muscle recovery, reduces inflammation and supports mental well-being. Chromotherapy — the therapeutic use of colour frequencies — is woven throughout the experience to further balance body and mind.
