ISPilates, led by professionally trained instructor Ivana Starkova with over 20 years of fitness industry experience, is Oxford's premier STOTT PILATES® studio. Offering private Reformer Pilates sessions at Sandfield Road, Headington, as well as group matwork classes in Summertown and Jericho, the studio caters to all levels and abilities.

Classes include beginners and intermediate matwork, one-to-one yoga (including restorative yoga), and corporate wellness sessions delivered in the workplace. All sessions are designed to strengthen and lengthen the spine, improve mobility and flexibility, and support long-term wellbeing.
